Privacy Notice

Effective September 19, 2026.

Keep workplace examples anonymous

The Deep Feedback Movement receives reader messages about its articles. An email may contain your address, name, question, and any information or files you choose to send. These details are used to understand the request, consider corrections, and communicate with you.

You do not need to identify your employer or colleagues to ask about a concept. Please omit employee records, private reviews, salary or health information, and confidential business documents. This contact channel is not a confidential workplace-reporting service.

Information associated with a visit

Technical records may include IP addresses, browser details, request times, visited pages, referring pages, and errors. They can support page delivery, security, troubleshooting, and understanding of overall readership. Providers that support hosting and correspondence may process information for those functions.

Site functions may use cookies or other browser storage. Your browser settings allow you to inspect, restrict, or remove stored information. Following a link to a workplace tool, publication, or other external source brings you under that website’s own privacy practices.

Retention and reader requests

How long a record is kept depends on its purpose, such as responding to a message, resolving a correction, investigating misuse, or meeting applicable obligations. Correspondence and technical logs may have different retention periods.

To ask about information you supplied, or to request a correction or deletion, contact editor@thedeepfeedbackmovement.com. Identify the relevant message or date. We may ask for enough information to confirm that the request concerns your data; please do not send an employee file to establish that connection.

This notice may change as the site changes. Its effective date appears above.
