Reading and Sharing

Effective September 19, 2026. These terms cover use of The Deep Feedback Movement and its correspondence channels.

General workplace reading

The articles explain ideas and practices in feedback, management, performance development, and team culture. An example may help you frame a question, but it cannot account for every role, organization, contract, or individual circumstance.

Adapt general ideas to your setting and its requirements. Reading an article or contacting the site does not create a consulting relationship or provide a determination about an employment, legal, or personnel matter.

Independence and outside resources

The Deep Feedback Movement is independent of 15Five and other workplace-software providers. Mentioning a product, framework, or organization identifies a subject of discussion and does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Linked resources operate under their own terms and may change.

Using and discussing the material

Linking to an article is welcome. Reproducing site text or other material may require permission from its rights holder or an applicable license. Keep quotations in context and do not present the site as endorsing your organization or a personnel decision.

Use correspondence respectfully and send only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit another person’s private employment records, impersonate someone, harass others, or interfere with the website.

Corrections and versions

For a factual correction or question about these terms, use Contact and identify the relevant passage. The articles and these terms may be revised; the effective date identifies this version. The Privacy Notice addresses reader messages and technical site data.
